As a new and growing business, we are excited to provide party rentals and help make your event fun and memorable! We kindly ask that you carefully review all information on our website. If you have any questions or need clarification, please email us and we will respond as soon as possible. Please note that there is a minimum rental time of 3 hours for each item. There is no setup fee; however, a travel fee applies for locations outside our service range. We are based in Dayton, Ohio, and are willing to travel a reasonable distance. Our team will arrive 1–2 hours prior to your event for setup. Customers are responsible for providing adequate space and access to electrical outlets as required for the rental items. At the time of booking, you will pay the flat rate for the selected item, with the remaining balance due one week before the event date. We ask that all rental items are handled with care and that customers follow all guidelines and rules listed on our waiver form . Customers are responsible for any damage to our inventory. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you may do so up to 48 hours before your event , if you are needing to reschedule we will keep the deposit for the next event date if cancelling 48 hours before event the deposit is non refundable as well. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will result in the deposit being non-refundable. Thank you for choosing us. We look forward to catering to your event!
